Purposes and legal basis of processing
The data collected through this survey are processed exclusively for:
- assessing the satisfaction level of event participants;
- improving the organisation and quality of future editions;
- producing aggregated internal statistical analyses.
The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the association (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in improving its activities, as well as the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for data not strictly necessary to complete the survey.
Data collected
The survey may be completed anonymously. Should you choose to provide identifying information (name, email address), it will be processed with the same safeguards set out in this notice. Data collected may include:
- answers to satisfaction questions (e.g. ratings, free-text comments);
- optional data: name or pseudonym, email address (only if voluntarily provided);
- technical metadata (date/time of submission, browser language) automatically collected by the LimeSurvey platform.
Processing methods and retention
Data are processed using electronic tools, with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place. Responses are retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the closure of the survey, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
The survey is managed through the LimeSurvey platform. Data may be stored on servers managed by Furizon APS or by cloud service providers acting as data processors, in compliance with the GDPR.
Disclosure and dissemination of data
Data are not transferred to third parties or publicly disclosed in identifiable form. They may be shared, in aggregated and anonymous form, with the association's board of directors and event organisers for internal reporting purposes.
Optional participation
Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and optional. Choosing not to provide data will have no consequences for the participant.
